We’ve been building websites for a long time.
One common issue we see is notification failures when using most popular form builders.
We have a simple solution that solves your problem for good.
- Download and install Easy WP SMTP
- Buy a cheap domain name, ex: devbuddy.email
- Connect the domain to Cloudflare, it’s FREE
- Point the domain to your cPanel server using your server IP address
- Create an email on your cPanel for this new domain, for example “[email protected][your-domain].email“
- Add your email server settings to Easy WP SMTP

Buy a cheap domain name
We recommend buying it on Namecheap.com
They have the best prices and the least brutal renewal fees. You can also rest assured they will exist in the next 10-20 years. Too big to fail.
The last thing you want is your domain registrar kicking the bucket on your watch.
Connect the domain to Cloudflare, it’s FREE
If you don’t know how to connect your domain to Cloudflare, watch the video below. Cloudflare is amazing, it gives you a free SSL, basic cybersecurity protection, and a simple way to update your domain DNS settings.
Point the domain to your cPanel server using your server IP address
If you don’t currently have a cPanel server to handle this task for your business, here are some amazing web host we love recommending:
I’ve been using both of these hosts for over 5 years and am extremely satisfied as a customer.
Create an email on your cPanel for this new domain, example “[email protected][your-domain].email“
Once you’re logged into your cPanel account and have your domain connected, just go ahead and create your email address.
Watch the video below if it’s your first time in cPanel. It will walk you through the email creation setup process.
Add your email server settings to Easy WP SMTP
If you are an agency, you can use these email settings across all of your client websites.
You can even change the “From Name” and “From Email” so the email appears to come from your client’s main [email protected] email.
